Outside Food and Beverages:
Outside food and beverages are not permitted in San Antonio Aquarium, but may be consumed in the outside parking lot picnic area. Alcoholic beverages and glass containers are not permitted anywhere on Aquarium property.
Guests exiting the Aquarium who plan to return the same business day must have their receipt for valid re-entry. Transferring receipts between third parties is not permitted and is grounds for ejection without refund.
Smoking and Vaping:
For the comfort and convenience of our animals and guests, smoking and vaping is not permitted within any part of the Aquarium, nor within 100 ft of our facility.
Pets are not permitted in the Aquarium, but service animals are always welcome. Under the ADA, a service animal is defined as a dog that has been individually trained to do work or perform tasks for an individual with a disability. The task(s) performed by the dog must be directly related to the person’s disability. Please note that emotional-support therapy, comfort, and companion animals are not considered service animals under the ADA and may not be brought into the Aquarium. Pets may not be left unattended in the parking lot or your vehicle.
We recommend that minors under 18 be accompanied by an adult. The Aquarium does not assume any responsibility or liability for unattended minors.
